This policy explains what data is processed when you use TeleGrowly, why it is processed and what your rights are. Your personal data is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
Data we collect
When you log in with Telegram: your Telegram user ID, name, username and phone number.
Your Telegram session: the session data we need to join channels on your behalf. It is stored on the server encrypted with AES-256.
Platform use: the channels you add, the follows you make, your points history and invite information.
Technical data: for security and abuse prevention, IP address and browser information may be kept briefly in server logs.
How we use the data
To create your account and log you in; to perform the actions you start (following channels, listing your channels, reading channel information and checking membership) on Telegram; to run the points and invite systems; and to protect the platform against abuse.
Your Telegram session is used only for these actions; it is never used to send messages on your behalf, access your contacts or for any other purpose.
Public information
The public details of channels added to the platform (name, username, description, member count and profile photo) may be shown on the site and in search engines. Your phone number and session data are never public.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. To run the service, data is shared only as needed with our infrastructure provider (server hosting) and Telegram. It may be shared with authorities where legally required.
Cookies
Only essential cookies are used: a login cookie that keeps you signed in and a language cookie that remembers your language. If you arrived via an invite link, the invite code is stored in your browser for 30 days. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account is open. You can end your Telegram session any time with the “End session” button in your dashboard or in Telegram > Settings > Devices. To have your account and data deleted completely, email info@telegrowly.com.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, object to its processing and lodge a complaint. Send your requests to info@telegrowly.com.
